Effects of Short-Term Subcutaneous Drainage After Cranioplasty on Hydrops of Subcutaneous Scalp

目的 探讨颅骨成形术后短期放置皮下潜行引流管的意义.方法 回顾性分析我院2007年1月至2009年1月间15例颅骨成形术后短期放置皮下潜行引流的颅骨缺损管患者的资料,观察术后皮下积液发生情况.结果 本组无死亡病例,皮下积液1例,其余随访5个月～1年,无积液复发.结论 颅骨成形术后短期放置皮下潜行引流管以及术区用绷带加压包扎可有效减少皮下积液的发生.

Objective To investigate the effect of the short-term drainage tube placed subcutaneously in cranioplasty. Methods The clinical data of 15 cases of cranioplasty in our hospital from January 2007 and January 2009 was retrospectively analyzed, and the occurrence of subcutaneous hydrops was recorded. Results There was no dead case, only one patient suffered subcutaneous hydrops, and during 5 months to 1 year＇s follow-up, no recurrence was observed. Conclusions Short-term placement of subcutaneous drainage combined with pressure bandaging can effectively reduce the incidence of subcutaneous hydrops in cranioplasty.
