手术室护理配合的程序化管理

Cooperation of Programmed Management in the Task of Nursing in Operating Room

目的探讨手术室护理配合实施程序化管理的效果。方法 2012年我院将程序化管理应用于手术室护理配合工作管理中,资料回顾分析2011年实施常规管理的手术室护理配合,比较实施程序化管理前后(2011年和2012年)患者、手术科室医生对手术室护理工作满意度。结果 2012年患者、手术科室医生对手术室护理工作满意度均高于2011年,实施前后比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论手术护理配合的程序化管理有效地协调了手术室的整个护理过程,提高了工作效率,能更好地为患者提供优质服务。

Objective To explore the effect of the operating room nursing with the procedural management. Methods The procedural management has been conducted in our hospital since 2012. Data on routine management and operating room nursing cooperation from 2011 - 2012 were respectively analyzed, in order to compare the satisfaction degree on operation room nursing from patients and doctors before and after the conduction of procedural management. Results The satisfaction degree on operation room nursing from patients and doctors were significantly higher in 2012 （P 〈0.01）. Conclusions Procedural management can coordinate the entire nursing process, improve efficiency, and provide high quality nursing service.
