空间站在轨泄漏监测报警系统的设计与实现

摘要 为实现空间站在轨泄漏监测,研究了一种基于VC++6.0的泄漏监测报警系统。该系统采用Moxa多串口卡,同时采集多路压力和温度值,应用氮分压间接测量法实时显示、存储采集和计算的压力、漏率数据,当漏率和排障期限超出限定值后启动报警装置。采用实物轨道舱作为测试对象,用3种不同的标准漏孔考查报警系统报警的有效性和及时性,并分析系统漏率计算结果的准确性。试验结果表明,该报警系统能正确、有效的报警;系统的漏率计算误差<10%;系统显示的排障时间与理论计算时间偏差<10%。试验证明,该系统检漏灵敏度高、反应时间短、稳定性好、结构简单,实现了空间站在轨泄露监测,具有较高的应用价值。 In order to realize in-orbit leakage monitoring on the space station, an in-orbit alarm system based on VC + + 6.0 was proposed. Moxa multi-serial-port-card was adopted for multiple pressures and temperature measurement. An indirect measurement with N2 partial pressure was used for real-time display, and storage of sampled and calculated pressure data and the leak rate data. The alarm device will be activated when leak rate exceeds the limit or the troubleshooting time is out of the limit. Physical orbital module was used as the test object and three different types of standard leak were selected to test the effectiveness and timeliness of this system. Then the accuracy of the leak rate calculation was analyzed. The experimental results showed that this system could alarm correctly and effectively, system leak rate calculation error was less than 10% and deviation between the troubleshooting time displayed and the theoretical time was less than 10%. Experimental results also indicate that this system has the advantages such as high sensitivity, short reaction time, good stability and simple structure. Additionally, it has a promising application prospect because it has achieved in-orbit leakage monitoring alarm for space station.
