国民党政府统治中期宪政思潮活跃,针对训政与宪政的抉择这一问题,时人产生了"训政派"与"宪政派"的对立,双方在报刊杂志上展开激烈争辩,训政派的观点遭到了宪政派的猛烈批判,并被逐一击破,民主宪政的思想得到了传播。

The thoughts of constitutionalism were active in the middle period of the Chinese Kuomintang＇s governing when there was a conflict between ＂the Group of Xunzheng＂ and ＂the Group of Constitutionalism＂ over the choice of Xunzheng and Constitutionalism. Both of them debated heatedly in the newspapers and magazines, and the views of ＂the Group of Xunzheng＂ were strongly criticized and routed by ＂the Group of Constitutionalism＂. Thus the thoughts ofdemocratic constitutionalism were propagated.
