摘要
从全新的视角将系统工程思想和寿命周期理论引入企业技术创新活动过程分析 ,指出企业在创新过程中 ,存在着高风险负 (无 )收益、低风险高收益和 (系统外 )高风险 (较 )高收益三个不同的风险收益区。运用随机系统理论 ,较深入地研究了各风险收益区之间的概率转移关系 ,并将不同风险收益区的主要影响因素矢量化为风险阻力、创新引力和竞争激力三个系统作用力。在此基础上 。
In this paper, the system engineering concept and the life cycle theory are intrduced into the analyses of activity process of enterprise technology innovations with the entirely new perceptivity. This paper points out that in the process of enterprise innovation, there exist such three different risk benefit zones as high risk negative (none) benefit zone, low risk and high benefit zone and (outside the system) high risk (rather higher) and high benefit zone. The random system theory is used to study the relationship of probability transferring among each risk benefit zone. Also, the main influencing factors——vectors in the different risk benefit zones can be converted into active forces of three systems such as risk resistance, innovation attractive force and competitive stimulative force, on the basis of which the corresponding counter measures are suggested for the sustainable technological innovations of enterprises.
