低碳钢应变诱导相变区变形行为的研究 被引量:8

摘要 采用宝钢 SS40 0钢 ,利用 Gleeble热模拟试验机和光学显微镜 ,测定了应变诱导铁素体析出温度 A3d,并对应变诱导相变区变形的应力 -应变曲线、变形过程中的组织变化等进行了研究。结果表明 ,在应变量为 0 .4时 ,A3d为 1 2 1 3K(940°C) ;在 Ac3~A3d温度范围内 ,应力 -应变曲线是再结晶型的 ,随变形量增加 。 The precipitate temperature of strain induced ferrite was measured, and the stress strain curve and the microstructure evolution during deformation process in the temperature range of strain induced phase transformation were investigated using Gleeble Thermomechanical simulator and optical metalloscope The steel used in experiment was SS400 produced by Baogang The result indicateds that the precipitate temperature of strain induced ferrite is 940°C when the strain amount 0 4, and the shape of stress strain curve is dynamic recrystallization type in the A c3 ~ A 3d temperature range, the ferrite amount increases as the increasing of strain amount
