摘要
对反应形成和热压烧结的两种试样进行了室温及高温力学性能测试。结果表明 ,复合材料的抗弯强度从室温至 1 2 0 0°C随温度升高而明显增加。用 SEM对不同温度下的断裂面进行了显微结构分析。
