Study of Mechanical Properties of Si_3N_4/MoSi_2 Composite Ceramics

摘要 对反应形成和热压烧结的两种试样进行了室温及高温力学性能测试。结果表明 ,复合材料的抗弯强度从室温至 1 2 0 0°C随温度升高而明显增加。用 SEM对不同温度下的断裂面进行了显微结构分析。 Mechanical properties of specimens prepared by hot pressed and reaction bonded were investigated at room and high temperatures The results showed that a pronounced increase in bend strength of Si 3N 4/MoSi 2 coposites from room temperature up to 1200°C Microstructural analysis was performed on the fracture surface of specimens that were tested at different temperatures by SEM
