摘要
研究了用meso-四(4-三甲胺基苯)卟啉与Zn^(2+)生成荧光络合物测定微量锌的荧光光度法。在弱酸性介质中,Zn^(2+)首先与试剂生成络合物,而后在盐酸羟胺存在下加入Cu^(2+)络合剩余的试剂。最后用盐酸酸化,Zn^(2+)的络合物分解,而Cu^(2+)的络合物仍很稳定。测量分解出的H^3P^+荧光,其荧光强度与锌量成正比。方法灵敏度是2ppb。用氟化钠作掩蔽剂,测定了铝标样的锌含量,结果与标准值相符。
The determination of microamount of zinc(Ⅱ)by fluorescence method has been studied based on complex formation of Zn(Ⅱ)with meso-tetra(p-trimethylammophynyl)-porphyrin〔T(4-TMAP)P〕. The reaction of Zn(Ⅱ)-T(4-TMAP)P is proceeded in an weak acid medium. The redundant T(4-TMAP)P is complexed by Cu(Ⅱ)in the presence of reductive agent hydroxylamine hydrochloride. In the end, Zn-T(4-TMAP)P complexes are decomposed when adding HCl. The fluorescence of H_3P^+ is determined. The fluorescence intensity is proportional to the concentration of Zn(Ⅱ). The sensitivity of the method is 2ppb. Using NaF as masking agent, the zinc content in aluminium samples was determined with satisfactory results.
