摘要
与钛在 ZA2 7合金中的作用相对比 ,分析了钨对锌基合金 ZA2 7力学性能的影响。结果表明 ,钨可溶于 ZA2 7合金组织中 ,产生一定的固溶强化作用 ;此外 ,钨在 ZA2 7合金中可形成含钨化合物 Al15Zn5W,该化合物可作为初生α相结晶的核心 ,细化 ZA2 7合金组织 ,大大改善合金的塑性。
The behavior of tungsten in zinc based alloy ZA27 was analyzed in contrast to the effects of Ti upon ZA27 alloy It was found that tungsten can dissolve in ZA27 alloy, which resulted in improved tensile strngth of ZA27 alloy, and small additions of tungsten refined the α dendrites, led to remarkable improvement in ductility In addition, nucleating Al 15 Zn 5W particles had been observed at the centers of refinde α grains
