摘要
本文研究了不同价态锰的化合物熔融前后Mn Kβ1,3二级衍射线位置的变化后,证实大洋锰结核中锰主要以+4价形式存在,而不同价态锰的化合物经熔融后显示相同的峰形和峰位。以理论α系数校正主、次量元素问的吸收一一增强效应,峰背比法校正基体对痕量元素的吸收效应。XRF法成功地测定了大洋锰结核中18个主、次及痕量元素。
The study of 20 angle variations of the second order Mn Kβ_(1,3) X-ray emission line peak in several manganese compounds with different valences confirmed that the valency state of manganese in the manganese nodule is tetravalent. After fusion with flux,however, the peaks of Mn Kβ_(1,3)(Ⅱ)line in these manganese compounds showed the same profile. The theoretical a coefficients were employed to correct the interelement absorption and enhancement effects for major and minor elements and the peak to background ratio method was used for correcting the absorption effects for trace element. The 18 major, minor and trace elements in the marine manganese nodule were successfully determined by X-ray fluorescence method.
