压力容器常常需要开孔。压力容器开孔以后,不仅整体强度受到削弱,而且还因开孔引起的应力集中造成开孔边缘局部的高应力,开孔附近就往往成为破坏源,因此,对于开孔需要进行补强。但是,并不是所有开孔都需要补强。本文结合实际工作中存在的问题及对标准的学习,对于不需补强的原理作一些讨论。
