压力容器不需要开孔补强的理论分析

Principal Analysis of Pressure Vessel without Opening Reinforcement

摘要 压力容器常常需要开孔。压力容器开孔以后,不仅整体强度受到削弱,而且还因开孔引起的应力集中造成开孔边缘局部的高应力,开孔附近就往往成为破坏源,因此,对于开孔需要进行补强。但是,并不是所有开孔都需要补强。本文结合实际工作中存在的问题及对标准的学习,对于不需补强的原理作一些讨论。 Pressure vessels usually need opening holes. When the pressure vessels be opened holes, not only the overall strength is weakened, but also causes high local stress near the opening because of stress concentration sit often becomes the source of damage. Therefore, it usually needs reinforcement at the openings. However, not all openings need reinforcement. This article discusses the reinforcement principle based on the actual work of the existing problems and the study of standard.
