摘要
粥不仅是我国民众日常生活中最普通、最实惠的主食,而且还具有养生、食疗功效。黄云鹄的《粥谱》是我国古代著名的粥养生著作,该书一方面体现了黄云鹄的粥养生实践理念,包括三个方面:粥的取材来源要遍及"谷、果、畜、菜";粥可与各种中药紧密搭配;各脏腑器官可依靠食粥来进行有效调养。另一方面该书也为现代养生带来了诸多启示,具有重要的借鉴意义。
Porridge is not only the most common and affordable staple food in China, but also has health and therapeutic benefits. Huang Yunhu's Porridge Recipe is a famous ancient Chinese book on porridges and their health values. This book is, on one hand, a reflection of Huang Yunhu's regime assertion on porridges that por- ridges should take grains, fruits, meats and vegetables as its ingredients, that they should be combined with medical herbs, and that they promote the function of different visceral organs. It also provides reference for modem healthcare.
