摘要
本文合成了如题示的水溶性双卟啉(简称DTPPS_6)。并研究了它和铜(Ⅱ)的显色反应。结果表明,在吐温-60存在下在pH3.0~4.5形成了Cu(Ⅱ):DTPPS_6=2:1的很稳定的配合物。用双峰双波长法测定痕量铜(Ⅱ),具有很高的灵敏度,ε=7.8×1O^5L·mol-1·cm-1。铜(Ⅱ)浓度在0~0.80μg/10ml遵守比耳定律。选择性高,已直接测定了矿物和铝合金,结果较为满意。
A new water-solution porphyrin dimer, 5, 10, 15, tri-(4-sulfonatophenyl)-20-〔4〔3-〔4-〔10, 15, 20-tri-(4-sulfonatophenyl)-5-porphinyl〕phenoxyl〕propoxyl〕phenyl porphrin (DTPPS_6), has been synthesized, and its colour reaction with copper(Ⅱ)studied ty using dual-wavelength spectrophotometry. It showed that highly sensitive and stable complex of Cu(I)with DTPPS6 was formed in the presence of Twcen一60 at pH 3.0-4.5.The molarabsorptivity of the complex is 7.8×10~5 L. mol^(-1).cm^(-1) and the molar ratio of Cu(Ⅱ)to DTPFS_6 is 2:1. Beer's law is obeyed for Cu(Ⅱ)in the range of 0~0.80μgl/10ml. Tolerance limits were shown for 32 ions by using CyDTA, NaF and tartrate as masking agents. The method established was applied to the direct determination of copper in rocks and A1-alloys with satisfactory results.
