摘要
脂肪源性间充质干细胞(ADSCs)是从脂肪组织中分离得到的一种成体干细胞,简称脂肪干细胞,它和骨髓间充质干细胞一样,具有自我更新和多向分化潜能,在体外各种诱导条件下可分化为成骨、软骨、脂肪、肌肉、神经、肝和内皮等细胞。脂肪组织在体内含量多、获得容易、创伤小,且ADSCs具有数量多、增殖能力强、可以自体移植等优势,有望成为组织工程理想的种子细胞,在基因治疗、细胞移植等方面具有广泛的应用前景。
Adipose-derived mesenchymal stem ceils (ADSCS) is a kind of adult stem cells, from the adipose tissue. Similar to bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, it holds the potentials of self-renewal and multi-lineage differentiation. In the presence of lineage-specific induction factors, ADSCS are capable of differentiating into osteogenic, ehondrogenic, adipogenic, myogenic, neurogenic, hepatic and endothelial cells in vitro. Due to the advantages of easy-getting, small trauma, high quantity, ADSCs are expected to become an ideal seeding cell for tissue engineering,with a broad applications in gene therapy and cell transplantation.
