摘要 蛋氨酸脑啡肽(MENK)作为一种内源性神经肽被认为是联系神经内分泌系统、免疫系统两大系统的重要物质,具有独特的生物学活性,近年来日益受到广泛关注。机体免疫细胞表面广泛存在着MENK受体,MENK通过与这些受体的相互作用而起到免疫调节作用。目前,MENK应用于免疫系统相关疾病的治疗已经取得很大进展。该文就MENK的免疫调节作用及其受体等方面的研究进展予以综述,并展望其应用于癌症、艾滋病等免疫相关疾病治疗方面的广阔前景。 The methionine enkephalin (MENK), an endogenous neuropeptide, is considered an important substance to contact the two major systems, namely the neuroendocriue system and the immune system, which has a unique biological activity, and has attracted widespread attention in recent years. MENK receptors widely exist on the surface of the immune cells, and MNEKs play an immunoregulatory action through the interaction with these receptors. Currently, MENK is applied to the treatment of immune system related diseases, and considerable pro- gress has been made. Here is to make a review of the immunomodulatory effects of MENK and its receptor, and broad prospects for treatment of cancer, AIDS and other major immune-related diseases.
