摘要
孤儿核受体NR4A1是核受体超家族中的一员,在多种细胞中表达,同时功能十分广泛,不仅参与细胞周期调控(增殖或凋亡),还与神经性疾病、类固醇激素的生成、肿瘤、动脉粥样硬化的形成及能量调控密切相关。近年来,NR4A1与能量代谢的关系逐渐引起人们的广泛关注,并发现在能量平衡调控中发挥了重要作用,与2型糖尿病等疾病发生关系密切。
NR4AI ( nuclear receptor subfamily 4, group A, member 1 ) is a member of the nuclear receptor superfamily,whieh expresses in many kinds of cells, with extensive functions. It not only participates in regulation of cell cycle, but is also correlated to neurogenic disease, generation of steroid hormones, tumor, formation of atherosclerosis, and regulation of energy. In recent years, close attention to the relationship between NR4A1 and energy metabolism has been paid,and it's discovered that it has an important effect in regulation of energy balance, and a close relationship with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
