摘要
目的探讨血管内皮生长因子受体3(VEGFR-3)与直肠癌淋巴结结转移及预后的关系,VEGFR-3在直肠癌发生、发展中的作用。方法选取2007年12月至2010年5月来牡丹江肿瘤医院就诊的原发直肠癌患者45例以及20例直肠息肉手术切除患者作为对照组。应用免疫组织化学法和实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应方法检测VEGFR-3在直肠癌和直肠息肉组织中的表达,并结合临床病理特征和生存资料进行相关分析。结果直肠癌组织中VEGFR-3蛋白及mRNA的表达较直肠息肉组显著增加(χ2=12.087,t=5.127,P<0.05),VEGFR-3表达与直肠癌淋巴结转移以及Dukes临床分期有关(χ2=8.159,12.784,P<0.05)。VEGFR-3阳性表达与生存率呈负相关(χ2=5.367,P<0.05)。结论 VEGFR-3高表达促进直肠癌淋巴结转移,它是直肠癌预后不良的重要指标。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of VEGFR-3 and lymph node metastasis,prognosis significance in patients with colorectal carcinomas. Methods The expressions of VEGFR-3 in 45 specimens of the colorectal cancer and 20 specimens of polyp of colorectal tissues from Mudanjiang Tumor Hospital during Dec. 2007 and May 2010 were observed by immunohistochemistry and real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR. The correlation analysis was made between VEGFR-3 and clinical parameters,and the survival information. Results The expression of VEGFR-3 was higher in tumor tissue than in the polyp tissue （ ~2 = 12. 087, t = 5. 127, P 〈 0.05 ）. The expression of VEGFR-3 was significantly correlated with Dukes stage and lymph node metastasis（ ~2 = 8. 159,12. 784, P 〈 0.05 ~. The expression of VEGFR-3 was negatively correlated with the survival ratio（ Х^2 = 5. 367,P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion VEGFR-3 overexpression promotes lymphangiogenesis in colorectal cell carcinoma,which is an important index for poor prognosis in colorectal cancer.
