摘要
基于NO_2^-对I_2—EDTA光化学反应的强烈抑制作用,用自制的流通式光化学反应器和流通式检测器,建立了痕量NO_2^-的流动注射安培检测动力学分析法。试验并选择了最佳条件,测定了天然水中NO_2^-含量,回收率在91~106%。
A flow injection kinetic method for the determination of trace amounts of nitrite based on its inhibitory effect on the photochemical reaction between I_2 and EDTA has been developed by using a self made flow-through photochemical reactor and an amperometric detector equipped with a flow-cell. Analytical conditions were optimized. Nitrite in the rangt of 1.0 ×10^(-7)~4.0×10^(-6)mol/L can be determined. The method has been applied to the determination of nitrite in natural water. Recoveries of 91~106% were obtained.
