摘要
本文首次报道以四-(4-对氯苯基)卟啉为显色剂,高铁试剂为催化剂,铝(Ⅱ)在室温下极易形成卟啉配合物。以表面活性剂存在下的荧光测定痕量铝,具有极高的灵敏度,可检测2.0ppb的铝。配合物的激发和发射波长分别为384 nm和492 nm,用于矿样、合金钢及纯铁的测定,结果满意。
Aluminium(Ⅱ)reacts quickly with tetrakis-(4-p-chlorophenyl)Forphyrin to form porphyrin complex in the presence of 7-iodo-8-hydroxyquinoline-5-sulphonic acid and surfactant at room temperature. The maximum excitation and emission wavelengths of the complex are 384 nm and 492 nm. A new method for the determination of trace aluminium with fluorometry is described and the limit of determination is 2.0 ppb, This method is of high selectivity and has been successfully applied to the determination of aluminium without preseparation in orcs
