摘要
为了节约加工过程所耗费的能源,提高生产效率,纤维直接喂入注射成型工艺被开发和建立起来。在本次研究中,来自不同厂家的4种碳纤维和聚碳酸酯被用来制作哑铃状的碳纤维/聚碳酸酯样品。通过研究拉伸和界面性能,发现由于纤维分散性和界面强度不同,导致了最终的力学性能上明显的差异。
In order to save the energy consumed in processing and improve the productivity, Direct Fiber Feeding Injec- tion Molding (DFFIM) technology is developed and established. In this study, carbon fibers from four different companies and polycarbonate resins were used to mold the CF/PC dumbbell specimens. Tensile property and interfacial property were evaluated and it is found that due to the different fiber dispersion and interfacial property, these 4 kinds composite have sig- nificant different mechanical properties.
