摘要
对一种新型高能耗铝合金GZL光滑试样和缺口试样 (应力集中系数ασ=2 )的疲劳性能进行了较详细的研究 ,使用了一种新方法处理成组法试验中不断的试验点 ,对铸态、热处理态的疲劳性能差别进行了讨论 ,给出关于微观组织对疲劳性能的影响机制 ,给出热处理态的缺口敏性系数。
The researches on fatigue performance of a new kind of aluminum alloy (GZL) used to absorb noise have been described. In the article, the test results of smooth specimens and notch specimens (concentration factor α σ =2) were presented; a new method was used to deal with the non broken test points in the group test, the differences in the fatigue performances between specimens with and without heat treatment of this alloy were discussed; the effect of the micro mechanism on fatigue performances was also discussed.
