摘要
环节医疗质量管理是医疗质量管理的关键,本文对武汉市某三级甲等综合医院环节医疗质量管理实践及效果进行分析,总结可通过健全保障体系、流程优化再造、实行关键环节和重点对象监管、加强临床路径管理和单病种质控、医疗风险预警管理、实时现场督查、强化科内管理、采用信息化监管、推行标准化管理和文明优质服务等举措,能达到提高医疗质量,保障患者安全的目的。
