国家级应急医疗救援队参加四川省雅安市地震医疗救援工作实践与思考

Thinking on Medical Rescue of National Emergency Medical Relief Team in Yaan Earthquake

结合华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院国家级应急医疗救援队,参加四川省雅安市地震灾区实施医疗救援的实践经验,总结雅安市地震灾害医学救援的特点和具体做法:高度重视、科学救治、注重细节防治院感。根据救援工作中存在着伤员多、病情复杂、危重患者多、医疗人员不足、缺少药品等情况,从健全高效的组织指挥体系,建立救援专业人员培训、公众预防灾害、自救知识培训机制等方面对国家级应急医疗救援队的建设提出建议,这对地震等突发事件救援工作有借鉴意义。

Combining with the medical rescue practice of national emergency medical relief team of Tongji hospital of Tongji medical college of Huazhong university of science and technology, the text summarizes the characteristics and main problems of medical rescue operation in Yaan earthquake. To pay more attention, to treat scientifically, to control hospital infection and to attach more details are very important. Based on the large number of wounded, complex state of injury, lack of medical personnel, short of medicine and others, this paper proposes some suggestions, including setting up a sound organization and command system, establishing rescue professional training, building public prevention, self- help knowledge, training mechanism and other aspects, in order to improve the construction of national emergency medical relief team.
