摘要
文章从服务外包承接国的角度,首先在理论上探讨了承接服务外包对承接国就业效应的传导机制,然后基于柯布-道格拉斯(Cobb-Douglas)函数构建了承接服务外包与承接国就业的联立方程模型,并采用中国数据对承接服务外包的直接和间接就业效应进行实证分析,结果表明承接服务外包对中国就业存在正的就业效应,进而提出了提升中国承接服务外包规模和质量的相关政策建议。
from the perspective of a service outsourcing undertaking country, the research firstly studies the transmission mechanism of the employment effects in theory. And then, based on the Cobb-Douglas function, the re- search builds the simultaneous employment model for undertaking international service outsourcing to the employ- ment, and makes an empirical analysis on the direct and the indirect employment effects using China' s data. The re- suits show that undertaking international service outsourcing has a positive effect on the China' s employment. At last, the research proposes some policy recommendations to increase the size and the quality of China' s undertaking of the international service outsourcing.
