摘要
结合一类进口阀门电动装置的失效分析和新型阀门电动装置的设计 ,讨论阀门电动装置设计中几个值得注意的问题。手动电动切换机构的失效分析和再设计 ,阀门开度设定方式的重新设计 ,阀门开度测量传动方式的改造 ,阀门电动装置速度和力参数的选择。基于上述分析而重新设计的阀门电动装置已成功用于工业生产。所得结论对相关研究具有参考价值。
Combining with the failure analysis of a class of import motor driven device of valve and design of new one, several problems that are worth noticing in the design of motor driven device of valve have been discussed: failure analysis and redesign of change over mechanism used between manual operation and motor driving, redesign of setting way used for valve opening, remake of transmission way used for measurement of valve opening, and parameter selections about velocity and force of motor driven device of valve. The new motor driven devices of valve based on analyses above have been successfully used in industry production. The conclusions obtained have a certain referential value to related research.
