湖北省高校化工类毕业生就业流向与发展趋势的实证研究

Research on the Employment Flow and the Development Tendency of College Graduates Majored in Chemical Engineering in Hubei Province

本文以湖北省高校化工类毕业生作为研究对象,分析了化工类毕业生的就业区域与就业部门的流向及其发展趋势,提出了化工类毕业生就业分流的影响因素。研究发现:湖北省高校化工类毕业生就业以聚集在主要劳动力市场为基本特征,但呈现出向次要劳动力市场分流的趋势;毕业生向主要劳动力市场流动的增速有所放缓,向次要劳动力市场流动的趋势加快;毕业生在主次劳动力市场的就业分流受到毕业生学历层次、专业技能、家庭状况等多重因素的影响。

The paper analyzes the employment situation of the graduates majored in Chemical Engineering of Hubei Province. It lays stress on the area where the graduates work and what kind of work they take. The paper also discusses the influenced factors and points out the trend. It discovers that the graduate＇ flow to the main labor market has slowed down and to the secondary labor market accelerated. All these are caused by the education background, professional skills and family status,etc.
