摘要
在处理化学工程问题时,化工原理课程应用了物理学和化学中的相关原理,通过数学的手段描述问题和解决问题。依据质量守恒原理对于化工过程进行物料衡算是重要的描述问题和解决问题的工程方法之一。处理不同工程问题时进行物料衡算的目的有着很大的不同。在很多情况下,对所描述的工程问题进行物料衡算不仅仅是为了验算物料的平衡,而是应用这一原理建立起一个关键的关系式,从而得到解决工程问题的方法。
Mathematic methods and relative principles of physicals and chemistry are used for describing and solving engineering problem in the course of principles of chemical engineering when dealing with the problems of chemical engineering. That mass balance calculation is carried out for chemical processes ac- cording to the rule of mass balance is one of the important engineering methods of describing and solving problem. The purposes are very different which mass balance calculations are carried out when dealing with the different problems of chemical engineering. In many cases mass balance calculations are carried out for described engineering problem not only for checking computation of mass balance but also for building up a key relative formula according to the rule of mass balance. So the methods of solving engi- neering problems can he gotten.
