摘要
采用发射光谱仪、元素分析、原子吸收、差热、热重、扫描电镜等方法,分析研究了辽阳石化分公司(LYPC)精己二酸装置洗涤塔填料上的堵塞物。堵塞物中含有的化学元素有C,H,N,Fe,Ni,Ca,Na,Cu等,以CaCO3等结垢物和微生物等形态存在。推断了堵塞物的形成原因是洗涤水长期循环累积和微生物的沉积。研究了除去堵塞物的方法,在工艺上,采用63%的浓硝酸除去了堵塞物;采取了向洗涤水中加入杀生剂和新型阻垢剂的预防措施,取得了良好的效果。
The blockage formed in fine adipic acid plant scrubber of Liaoyang Petrochemical Company is investigated by using e- mission spectrometry; elemental analysis, atomic absorption, DSC, TGA, SEM and so on. The blockage contains chemical elements such as C, H, N, Fe, Ni, Ca, Na, Cu, etc. The elements in the blockage exist in form of CaCO3 and microorganisms. The reason for the formation of the blockage is the accumulation of long-term cycle of the washing water and the deposition of microorganisms. The method to remove the blockage is studied. The blockage is removed by using 63% of concentrated nitric acid, and the good effect is ob- tained by adopting preventive measures including adding biocides and scale inhibitors to the washing water.
