摘要
新型城镇化是全面建成小康社会,解决"三农"问题,发展中国特色社会主义的必然要求。通过分析新型城镇化的内涵、特征以及发展中存在的问题,提出了科学规划、四化互动、体制机制建设等方面的建议,以加快我国新型城镇化健康、可持续发展的步伐。
The new urbanization is building a moderately prosperous society to solve the ＂three rural＂ issue, the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics and an inevitable requirement. By analyzing the new urbanization connotation, char- acteristics and problems in the development of proposed scientific planning, the four modernizations interaction, institutional mechanisms and other aspects of proposals to speed up the urbanization of China＇ s new healthy, sustainable pace.
