摘要
通过对旋转机械的轴径表面缺陷在轴振动信号中的特征进行的分析 ,指出该类信号不能用频谱分析的方法进行分析。由于小波分析具有将信号的不连续性在小波系数中表现出来的特点 ,所以本文提出利用小波分析的方法 ,通过对机组启机过程振动信号的小波变换 ,得到轴径表面缺陷在轴振动信号中的特征。并且通过小波逼近系数还可得到机组实际振动的大小。使振动信号可以反映机组的实际振动情况。
The feature of vibration signal of rotating machine vibration signal with the defect on the surface of shaft was analyzed. And it is pointed out in this paper that the defect on the surface of shaft will affect the real vibration values in some cases. So it is necessary to estimate the affection of the defect on the vibration values. In this paper the wavelet transform was used as the tools for analyzing the feature of the vibration signal. And the feature of the defect on wavelet coefficients is presented out. Also some judgements rules for diagnosing the defect through the wavelet coefficients of vibration signal were given. In the last part we analyzed a real vibration signal got from a centrifugal compressor with defect on the surface of shaft and the analyzing result was given too.
