摘要
介绍了无缝钢管轧制车间内斜底炉的一种新型上料装置,以及该装置的组成、动作流程及设计特点和积极效果。解决了工人劳动强度大、工作环境恶劣和效率低下的难题,减少了事故发生率,同时也给工厂的轧制工艺安排带来了很大的灵活性。
This paper introduces seamless rolling workshop of a new sloping bottom furnace feeding device, as well as the composition of the device, the action processes and design features and positive results. Solve the labor intensity, poor work- ing conditions and low efficiency problem, reducing the accident rate, but also to the factory rolling arrangement brings great flexibility.
