摘要
研究了双相区热处理中不同淬火温度和亚温淬火温度对Ni9铜显微组织和-196℃下冲击韧性的影响.并利用光镜、透射电镜(TEM)、扫描电镜(SEM)对Ni9钢在不同热处理条件下的组织形态、分布及低温冲击断口形貌进行了观察分析。发现淬火温度对Ni9钢的低温冲击韧性的影响不大;亚温淬火温度对低温冲击韧性有较大的影响,接近c1时冲击功最大,接近Ac3时次之,而介于Ac1-Ac3中间的温度,其低温韧性较低。
The two-phase region at different heat treatment and quenching temperature subcritical quenching temperature on Ni9 steel microstructure and -196℃ lower impact toughness were studied. By using light microscopy, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) on Ni9 steel heat treatment conditions at different morphology, distri- bution, and Iow-temperaturc impact fracture morphology were observed and analyzed. Quenching Temperature on Ni9 tbund low temperature impact toughness of steel has little effect; subcritical quenching temperature on the low temperature impact toughness have a greater impact, the impact energy when approaching Ac1 maximum when approaching Ac3 second, and be- tween Ac1- Ac3 middle temperature, low-temperature toughness is low.
