摘要
分析了变频方式运行对异步电机运行性能产生的影响,给出了谐波电流、磁势、转矩、损耗的计算公式提出了变频电机要由通用向专用方向发展的思想在此基础上,提出了将传统异步电动机设计的 6个约束条件简化为 3个,以解放变频异步电动机设计最后给出了变频电机的频率与极数、电磁负荷与气隙大小。
That the influence of the VVVF converter upon the performance of the induction motor was discussed. The formulas for computating the harmonic current, harmonic magnetic potential, harmonic ripple torque and loss was presented. The idea of the conventional common induction motor replaced by the special purpose one has been put forword. On the basis of above mentioned, the 6 conventional restricted conditions in the design of induction motor are rednced down to the 3 in order to optimize the design method. Finally, the consideration for the frequence and pole number, the electromagnetic load and airgap length, the slot shape and heat scatter of the special convertible motor was given.
