聚硅硫酸钛铁的特性及对乳化油的混凝性能研究 被引量:2

Characteristics and Coagulation Performance of Poly-titanium-ferric-silicate-sulphate for Emulsification Removal in Synthetic Wastewater

摘要 采用共聚法制备了新型绿色絮凝剂——聚硅硫酸钛铁(PTFSiS),通过XRD法、红外光谱法、粒度分析法和Zeta电位测定法对PTFSiS进行了表征,并与聚硅硫酸钛(PTS)和聚硅酸(PS)进行了对比研究。研究结果表明:PTFSiS与PS相比具有更大的粒径和更强的电中和能力。聚硅酸与钛、铁的反应过程中形成了框架钛结构Ti-O-Si和Fe-O-Si结构。通过XRD图谱分析表明PTFSiS中形成了新的物质Na3Fe(SO4)3·(H2O)3、Na2Ti(Si4O10)O和Na0.68Fe0.68Si0.32O2。采用烧杯实验对PTFSiS去除模拟乳化油废水中的乳化油的混凝性能进行了研究。结果表明,最佳投加量为0.3 mmol/L(以钛离子和铁离子计),最佳pH值为7.15时,浊度去除率和COD Cr的去除率分别达到99.5%和99.9%。 A novel and green inorganic polymeric flocculant, poly- titanium- ferric -silicate- sulphate ( PTFSiS), was prepared by the composite technique. The characteristics of PTFSiS were investigated by X - ray diffraction (XRD), infrared spectrum (IR), laser diffraction instrument and zetasizer instrument, and compared with poly- titanium- silicate- sulphate (FI'S) and polisilic acid (PSiA). The results indicated that PTFSiS exhibited the highest zeta potential and bigger particle size than PSiA. There were framework titanium structure ( Ti - O - Si) and Fe - O - Si structure in PTFSiS owing to the interaction between polisilic acid and titanium as well as iron. It was speculated from XRD that there were new crystals, Na3 Fe (SO4 )3^+ ( H2 O) 3 and Na2 Ti ( Si4010 ) O as well as Na0.68 Feo 6s Si0.32 02, to be formed in PTFSiS.. The coagulation per- formance of PTFSiS for emulsified - oil in synthetic wastewater was also trialed by Jar - test. The optimum conditions were determined as 0.3 mmol ( Fe3^+ and Ti4^+ )/L for the dosage of PTFSiS and 7.15 for the pH of wastewater. After treatment, the removal efficiency of turbidity and CODcr was more than 99.5% and 99.9% respectively.
