养血熄风法治疗冠心病室性早搏临床随机对照研究

Clinical trial of Yangxue Xifeng method on ventricular premature beat of coronary heart disease

[目的]探讨养血熄风法治疗冠心病室性早搏的临床疗效。[方法]将85例诊断为冠心病室性早搏的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组给予脉安宁合剂每次100 mL,每日2次。4周后观察治疗效果。[结果]治疗组总有效率为84.4%,对照组为65%,两组具有显著性差异(P<0.05);两组室性早搏次数减少率比较具有显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗组中医症状疗效为82.2%,对照组为62.5%,两组具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组比对照组能够明显改善中医单项症状。[结论]具有养血熄风功效的脉安宁合剂可明显减少冠心病室性早搏患者的早搏次数,改善中医证候及单项症状积分,是治疗冠心病室性早搏的有效药物。

[Objective] To investigate the clinical effect of Yangxue Xifeng method on coronary heart disease ventricular premature beat. [Methods] The 85 cases diagnosed as ventrieular premature beat of coronary heart disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the control group was given conventional treatment, the treatment group was given Mai＇anning mixture 100 mL each time, 2 times a day. To observe the therapeutic effect after 4 weeks. [Results] Effect of reducing the number of times of ventricular premature beat in the treatment group was 84.4%, 65% in the control group, the two groups had significant difference （P〈0.05）; there was significant difference in reducing rate of ventricular premature beat between two groups （P〈0.01）; curative effect of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was 82.2%, 62.5% in the control group, the two groups had significant differences （P〈0.05）. The treatment group could markedly improve TCM symptoms than the control group. [Conclusion] Mai＇ arming mixture of having the efficacy of Yangxue Xifeng can significantly reduce the number of times of ventricular premature beat, and improve the TCM syndrome and symptom. It is an effective drug for the treatment of coronary heart disease ventricular premature beat.
