接触压力导管在心房颤动导管消融中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 导管消融可治愈心房颤动(房颤)、改善患者的症状,而消融的有效性和消融导管与心房组织接触程度密切相关,所有房颤消融点的永久性透壁损伤是保证手术高成功率、减少复发的关键,也是消融的难点。新型压力接触监测导管的研发就是改善与组织贴靠,明显提高导管操作的安全性,并且能更好控制消融点损伤的大小,从而增加消融的有效性。
