摘要
针对 LS机型螺旋输送机的悬挂吊轴承(现行二种滑动和滚动轴承)形式在生产使用中存在的问题,提出应用于摩擦运动的机理设计无润滑剂的滑动轴承的模式,从磨擦副的材质研究入手,通过选择新型耐磨材料,开发新型简易轴承的模式。
Based on the material of the friction pair and the problems occurred during the service of the drop- hanger bearing for LS spiral conveyer(now there are sliding and rolling bearing) ,this paper puts forward a designing method for non- lubricant sliding bearing according to the principle of dry friction movement.Also, the author developed a new type of simple supporting approach and selected a new type of anti- friction material. The reliability and the life period of drop- hanger bearings were improved
