摘要
针对 LS机型螺旋输送机的悬挂吊轴承（现行二种滑动和滚动轴承）形式在生产使用中存在的问题，提出应用于摩擦运动的机理设计无润滑剂的滑动轴承的模式，从磨擦副的材质研究入手，通过选择新型耐磨材料，开发新型简易轴承的模式。
Based on the material of the friction pair and the problems occurred during the service of the drop－ hanger bearing for LS spiral conveyer(now there are sliding and rolling bearing) ,this paper puts forward a designing method for non－ lubricant sliding bearing according to the principle of dry friction movement.Also, the author developed a new type of simple supporting approach and selected a new type of anti－ friction material. The reliability and the life period of drop－ hanger bearings were improved
