建筑供配电节能变压器的经济运行

摘要 每台变压器都存在有功功率的空载损失和短路损失以及无功功率的空载损耗和额定负载消耗,变压器的容量、电压等级、铁芯材质不同,上述各参数也不相同。因此,变压器经济运行应当选择参数好的变压器及最佳组合参数的变压器运行方式来运行。选择节能型变压器,可使变压器经济运行,减小变压器的空载损耗及运行损耗,并将其调整至合理区间,提高系统的功率因数,治理系统谐波,从而达到节电和提高功率因数的目的。 Every transformer has no-load loss and short circuit loss of active power, as well as no-load consumption and rated load consumption of reactive power. The above parameters will be varied if the transformer capacity, voltage level and iron core material are different. Therefore, the transformers with proper parameters and the transformer operating mode with best combination parameters should be selected for their economic operation. The selection of energy-efficient transformer can make the transformer economic operation, which reduces the transformer no-load loss and operating loss. If it is adjusted to a reasonable range, the system power factor is improved and the system harmonic is eliminated, the energy-saving and improvement of unity power factor can be achieved.
