In-Tube SPME-GC/MS测定血浆中丁丙诺啡

摘要 目的:建立血浆中丁丙诺啡的毛细管固相微萃取(in-Tube SPME)GC/MS测定方法。方法:将含有丁丙诺啡的血浆经DB-5的毛细管萃取后GC/MS(SIM)分析。结果:血浆中丁丙诺啡回收率为21.2%,检测限为10 ng/ml,相对标准偏差11.2%(n=5)。结论:方法简便、快速,可用于实际临床案例中丁丙诺啡的检测。
