摘要
本文讨论了反相色谱分离氨基苯磺酸,氨基萘磺酸离子性化合物的可行性。所应用的实验条件为检测波长254nm,流动相为10mmol/L 磷酸二氢钠缓冲液(pH=6.98),固定相是C_(18)担体。还讨论了分子结构对保留值的影响。
Mixtures of Single-and multiple-substituted phenylamine and naphthylamine sulphonic acids are the important intermediates in the synthesis of dyestuffs,and are serapated by reversed-phase-liquid chromatography.A UV detector was used to monitor the eluates.The mobile phase used was 10 mmol/L sodium phosphate buffer solution(pH= 6.98).The effect of molecular structure on the retention value was discussed
