摘要
为了探析WN齿轮传动的动力学特征,根据该齿轮多点啮合传动特点及油膜的动压影响,建立WN齿轮啮合的多质量多自由度非线性强迫振动分析模型。利用数值分析方法并结合试验,通过改变齿轮回转速度及啮合频率,考察齿轮的啮合振动、动载特征及系统振动对轮齿强度的影响。结果表明,轴向振动是导致该齿轮副啮合振动和产生噪声的主要因素,齿根弯曲强度随着振动冲击有较大波动。数值分析结果与试验结果基本吻合,验证了建立的模型的正确性。
In order to discuss the dynamic behavior of WN (Wildhaber-Novikov) gears transmission, according to the mesh driving characteristic of multi-contact points in this gears and dynamic pressure effect of oil film, the WN gears meshing vibration analysis model of multi-mass and multi-degree-of-freedom nonlinear forced vibration was established. By changing meshing frequency and running speed of gears, the meshing vibration, dynamic loading behavior and the effect of system vibration on gear strength were researched for WN gear by numerical analysis method and experiments. The results show that the axial vibration is the main factor causing the engaging vibration and noise of WN gears, and the tooth root bending strength has bigger fluctuation along with the vibration and impact. The numerical analysis results agree well with the test results ,which validates the established model.
