摘要 制动摩擦热是影响制动器安全工作的重要因素之一。采用Pro/E软件建立矿车制动器摩擦副的几何模型,结合有限元软件COMSOL的热传模块,模拟其三维瞬态温度场,研究制动工况、制动时间对制动器摩擦副温度场的影响。结果表明,摩擦副温度场呈非对称分布,且温度梯度较大;制动工况对温度上升时间有显著影响;制动时间对温度的上升速率和最大值影响显著。 Braking heat generation has considerable impact on the normal working of the brake. The kinetic model of mineral car's disc brake was established with Pro/E software and its three-dimensional transient temperature field was simulated based on heat transfer module of COMSOL software. The effect of braking condition and braking time on its temperature field were investigated. The results show that the temperature distribution in the brake is non-symmetric and possesses a sharper gradient. Braking condition plays an important role on the rising time of temperature and braking time plays an important role on the rising rate and the maximum of temperature.
