摘要
在完成管道维修卡具现场施工力学性能计算的基础上,对计算数据进行分析,建立优化函数,进行多设计变量优化,实现现有结构的最优设计。重新自动生成优化模型,完成优化模型的力学性能计算与强度分析。研究结果表明:在保证强度的条件下,最终质量优化比为23%。研究方法可用于管道施工的安全评价与优化,对现场生产具有指导意义。
Based on clamping apparatus on-site construction mechanical properties calculation,in combination with the test pressure of the repair process and contact problems,the calculation results of data was analyzed,the optimization function,conducts multi-design variables optimization was established,and optimal design of the existing structure was achieved to automatically regenerates optimization model and to complete the mechanical properties calculation and the strength analysis of the optimization model.The research results show that under the condition of ensuring the strength,the final quality optimization ratio is 23%.The methods and results of the study can be used for the evaluation and optimization of the safety of the pipeline construction,and have guiding significance on site production.
