摘要
塔河油田在钻探井和评价井时,机械封隔器和国产常规液压封隔器难以满足高温、高压井的生产和录取地层资料的要求。国外生产的高性能封隔器的订货周期长,价格昂贵。因此有必要研制一种高温、高压、深井用液压封隔器。通过理论计算和现场应用分析,发现影响封隔器的耐温、耐压性能的关键点是胶筒和活塞外筒。在常规套管液压封隔器(MCHR封隔器)的基础上,加厚外芯轴和活塞外筒并引进高性能胶筒后,设计的新型封隔器可耐温204℃、耐压差69MPa。室内性能评价试验合格后,现场应用8口井,成功率100%,可在酸压作业和常规完井中推广应用。
For mechanical-set casing packer and domestic hydraulic-set casing packer,it is difficult to meet the requirement of data acquisition and production in extra deep,high pressure and high temperature (HPHT) exploration wells.The imported high-performance packer has high price and long order cycle.It is necessary to develop a new hydraulic-set packer for HPHT deep wells.Analysis and application demonstrate the temperature and pressure resistance of a packer is constrained by rubber and piston cylinder.Based on a widely used hydraulic-set casing packer (MCHR),with thickened outer mandrel,thickened piston cylinder and high performance rubber,a new type of packer is developed with temperature rating of 204 ℃ and pressure rating of 69 MPa,which is verified by laboratory test and field test in 8 wells.It is valuable to popularize in acid fracturing and conventional completion.
