摘要
随着水平井开发技术的发展,国内油田相继进行了大型压裂作业。在大流量压裂液配制过程中,如何使压裂液黏度快速增加到可用值,成为制约连续混配技术发展的瓶颈。通过搅拌器的设计、小型化试验和罐体的设计,研制出了压裂液快速增黏装置。在吉林油田现场配液,流量为8m3/min,压裂液出口黏度达到最高黏度的80%,满足了使用要求。为大流量连续混配工艺提供技术支持。
With the continuous development of horizontal well technology,large-scale fracturing have been carried out in domestic oil fields.But,how to increase viscosity of fracture fluid quickly become a problem in large-scale fracturing.After designing agitator,doing small-sized test and designing tank,the new equipment for fast increasing viscosity of fracture liquid was developed.The equipment has been tested in Jilin Oilfield,which could increase viscosity of liquid to 80 % of maximum viscosity in laboratory quickly when liquid mixing velocity was 8 m3/min.It met the demand of liquid preparation on the spot.It also provided technical support for large flow continuous mixing.
