磁共振成像DWI、DCE-MRI、MRS在宫颈癌化疗疗效监测中的应用进展 被引量:16

摘要 随着磁共振成像(MRI)在宫颈癌临床应用的深入研究,MRI已由常规显示病灶形态学特点转移到观察病变的微观功能情况,如磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)反应组织内部水分子微观运动情况,磁共振动态增强成像(DCE-MRI)反映肿瘤组织内血供情况,而磁共振波谱成像(MRS)能获得细胞的代谢信息。近年来,DWI、DCE-MRI、MRS被用于监测宫颈癌化疗疗效,且有着重要的意义,可以更好地指导宫颈癌患者的个体化治疗,提高疗效。
