基因芯片技术在子宫内膜癌研究的应用进展 被引量:1

摘要 基因芯片技术发展至今十余年来在科学界产生了巨大的影响,这种一次性分析成百上千个基因的方法为肿瘤的基础研究及转化研究提供了新的途径。本文分别从特征基因的筛选、基因表达谱分析、基因分型及早期诊断和疗效预测等方面就目前基因芯片技术在子宫内膜癌中的应用进展作一简要综述。
