摘要
在 pH11.3的乙二胺-KCl 底液中可获得 Be(Ⅱ)-茜素兰 S 体系灵敏的络合吸附波。铍的检测下限达0.001μg/ml.在 EDTA 存在下具有较高的选择性。用其测定了化探样品中的铍含量,并研究了电极反应的机理。
In 0.4mol/L ethylene diamine,0.2mol/L KCI buffer solution,at pH 11.3, a sensitive adsorptive complex wave of Be(Ⅱ)-alizarin blue S (ABS) can be obtained by single-sweep polarography.The detection limit of Be(Ⅱ)is down to 1.0×10^(-7)mol/L.The method has been applied to the determination of trace amount of Be(Ⅱ)in geological sam- ple.The composition of the electroactive complex has been detected as Be(Ⅱ):ABS=1:2. The conditional stability constant is 3.4×10^(11).
