摘要 由各种原因(如外伤、缺血及医源性损伤等)所致的脊髓损伤(spinalcordinjury,SCI)在临床上较为多见,常造成损伤平面以下感觉、运动及大小便功能障碍。现行的修复方法及药物治疗效果不佳,进展缓慢,常遗留不同程度的神经功能永久性缺失,致残率高,给个人、家庭和社会造成沉重的负担。
