摘要 胸腰椎骨折占脊柱损伤的首位，椎弓根螺钉固定已广泛用于脊柱骨折．取得了较好的临床疗效。但传统手术方法采用后正中入路，术中需大范围剥离、牵拉椎旁肌肉和关节突附着肌肉．尤其置入椎弓根螺钉时需一定的外倾角而持续牵拉压迫椎旁肌肉，
